Thanksgiving is on the horizon! If I may make a brief and embarrassing disclosure, the traditional foods eaten on Thanksgiving are not my favorite. I know! Sorry! It is so un-American.
But, let this encourage you that the foods I do cook are ones that I have rigorously found to be the best of their genre to make them most enjoyable. The cranberry sauce? It is David’s Thanksgiving obsession.
